Upon entering San Juan del Sur, you will drive past La Chocolata Road (to the right) which leads to the northern beaches. Continue towards town, driving over the bridge. After the bridge, turn left (south) on to Las Delicias Road. This is the road to the southern beaches.  Las Cascadas B&B is located 1km on the left just past the baseball field.  Off street parking is located across the street.
